Bonnier Books UK’s London team has started 2025 working in an exciting new office space in the HYLO building, EC1.
The move to the 5th floor of HYLO is part of the company’s continued growth and evolution. It is a light, modern office space occupying a larger area than the company’s previous home – with more desks, meeting rooms and events space.
HYLO is located in the Old Street area of London near Farringdon, one of the largest commuter hubs in the UK.
Jonathan Perdoni, CFO and COO of Bonnier Books UK, said: “We are very excited to have started 2025 in our new London home. The new space in HYLO is a bright, airy and modern work environment that provides outstanding facilities. A huge thanks to the move team, who have worked incredibly hard to organise everything and ensure that we were able to welcome staff when they returned in January.”
Perminder Mann, CEO of Bonnier Books UK, said: “We have started 2025 full of positivity and being in our new London home is a truly wonderful way to kick off the New Year. This year, we’re also celebrating our 10th anniversary as a business and will be reflecting on our story so far and looking with confidence to the future.”
HYLO is a multi award-winning development, recognised for its innovative design, sustainable approach, and cutting-edge Smart technology. It was developed by CIT.
The new office address is:
Bonnier Books UK, 5th Floor, HYLO, 105 Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8LZ
Igloo Books will continue to be based at its office in Sywell, Northampton. Bonnier Books UK’s other offices in Edinburgh and Chichester are also unaffected by the move.
